Like a pizza cracker but so much better. The crunchiness, flavor and texture. Delicious, fast to make and probably the easiest thing to make next to popcorn. Lite with the sauce or you will have a messy, that will fall apart. Good enough to host a “top your own matzoh pizza” evening with friends and look like a baller. On a budget! This is my go to pizza when I am not around a good slice. We like to think outside of the box.
½ cup Mozzarella
¼ cup Marinara sauce
Convection or toaster oven
Spread 2 Tbsp marinara sauce on each matzo. Sprinkle the desired mozzarella amount on top of the sauced matzo. Bake in an oven set at 525 degrees for 5 mins or until cheese begins to bubble. Carefully remove and serve. Enjoy!
