Chef Interview: Jeff… Frank’s Big Brother
Frank was in Florida enjoying the fun in the sun. I did not tell Frank that I was going to Long Island to meet up with his big brother (we are long time friends) and interview him. He is Frank inspiration, the reason why Frank began cooking and did not become a cop. Jeff describes himself via Instagram as a Plus size model/ Chef/ love machine/ culinary artist/ food activist/ Home birth advocate.
Jeff breaks down how he got into cooking, his passion and being Frank’s big brother. This is the first in a series of interviews with people in careers working with/around food. It was great to interview Jeff, he is a special person with lots of charm, energy, honesty and an individual I can always trust to make a 5 star meal regardless of what is in front of him. Not to mention a long time friend of mine.
I want to thank Jeff for taking the time to speak with me and allowing me to interview him. He is a really hard guy to catch up with as he is always off doing something amazing. Family Man, business man/ entrepreneur with his new venture JK Chef Collection not to mention being a private chef (full-time) and ForkkingChef doing private events. Jeff is always looking for the next top chefs to work with and collaborate with. If you want to ask him any questions, looking for cooking opportunities or anything please feel free to email: Jeff@JKChefCollection.com
This is a great interview and unique. This is due to the fact that Jeff and Frank share so many fabulous family traits and views on cooking.
